About
This is club for artwork about babies, infants, and children. Artwork can include anything from photographs, drawings, paintings, sculptures, even poetry as long as it's about kids!
Please note that all artwork will be reviewed before posting. No snapshots, please. We reserve the right to reject photos based on lack of artistic merit. In other words, don't just go out and take a picture of your kid riding a bike or playing with a doll and submit it as art. Put some thought into it. Consider lighting and shadows and angles or do some photo manipulation. This is deviantART not photobucket.
(Also NO PORN! Anything that we consider to be obsene in any way or that sexualizes children in any way or form will NOT be allowed. I will also be applying the same rule that we have at the portrait studio that I work at: No topless photos of girls over the age of 1 year. While I realize this is an odd rule, if it's important enough for a professional studio to enforce it's good enough for here.)
How To Join
To join, add us to your watch list, then send a message with the subject "Join". You will get a reply with a member number. Keep this number safe somewhere because everytime you submit something you'll need to include this number with your submission.
How to Submit Work
Send a note with the subject "Submit". You may submit up to two peices of artwork per week (For the purpose of this club, a week is Monday to Sunday. Every monday marks the begining of a new week). Include a link to the deviation and your member number.
Submission notes that do not include member number will be rejected.
No thumnails please! Links only.
Do not send in a note with "re:" in the subject. The note will not be read.
Featured Deviation
This will change every week. The moderators will pick whatever we like best that particular week to feature.
